New Years Resolutions Book Tag

On Monday I made a resolution that I would post a Book Tag every Tuesday this year, and I’ve already failed! BAHAHAHA! So…here’s my Tag Tuesday a day late ๐Ÿ˜‰ What a way to kick off 2018!

1. An author you’d like to read (that you’ve never read before).

herman melvilleHerman Melville

I plan to read Herman Melville’s novel Moby Dick this year.

Herman Melville was an American novelist, short story writer, essayist, and poet. His first two books gained much attention, though they were not bestsellers, and his popularity declined precipitously only a few years later. By the time of his death he had been almost completely forgotten, but his longest novel, Moby-Dick โ€” largely considered a failure during his lifetime, and most responsible for Melville’s fall from favor with the reading public โ€” was rediscovered in the 20th century as one of the chief literary masterpieces of both American and world literature.https://www.goodreads.com/author/show/1624.Herman_Melville
