The End of Year Book Tag

2019 is winding down, so it’s time for The End of Year Book Tag! I saw this tag on Ariel’s YT Channel ๐Ÿ™‚

Questions:
1. Are there any books you started this year that you need to finish?
2. Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?
3. Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?
4. What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?
5. Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?
6. Have you already started making reading plans for 2020?

Are there books you started this year that you need to finish?

Undead Girl Gang

I started Undead Girl Gang in October and haven’t finished it, BUT it’s not because I’m not liking it – there are books I’ve had on hold at my local library since the Spring that have suddenly become available one-after-the-other, and so this book has been moved to the back burner. I WILL finish it before we ring in the New Year!

Do you have an autumnal book to transition into the end of the year?

The Dead Girls Club

Hmmm…autumnal book. Well, I recently read The Dead Girls Club and I suppose that felt like an autumnal book. Undead Girl Gang is very autumnal.

Before the Devil Breaks You (The Diviners, #3)

Before the Devil Breaks You (Diviners #3) is also an autumnal book that I’m hoping to read this month.

Is there a new release you’re still waiting for?

Call Down the Hawk (Dreamer, #1)

A new book about Ronan from The Raven Cycle series by Maggie Stiefvater.

All That's Bright and Gone: A Novel

I have an ARC for All That’s Bright and Gone and I’m very excited to read this one. Adult, Contemporary, Mystery about a young girl on a quest to save her family.

What are three books you want to read before the end of the year?

The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo

Rebecca

Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe (Aristotle and Dante Discover the Secrets of the Universe, #1)

Is there a book you think could still shock you and become your favourite book of the year?

Rebecca

I have a feeling that I’m going to love Rebecca.

Have you already started making reading plans for 2020?

I was invited by St. Martin’s Press to join the Blog Tour for Tweet Cute, a Young Adult Contemporary Romance set to be published January 21, 2020.
